Add or Delete Swimmers from Official Roster

Use this form to add or delete swimmers from the official roster for your team per the 2011 Rules for Competition (relevant paragraphs stated below):

II.  COMPETITOR ELIGIBILITY

B.   For a competitor to be eligible, his/her name must appear on the League Secretary’s copy of the roster two (2) days before a meet.  Unlimited swimmers may be added to the official roster up until two (2) days before the first dual meet.  After that time, a limit of five (5) swimmers may be added to the official roster in any one (1) week period.

I.    If a team needs to remove a swimmer from the official team roster, that team must notify the League Secretary two (2) days before the next dual meet.  Once a swimmer is removed, an ESP Board decision is required to reinstate that swimmer.

All changes must be made by 7pm Tuesday for a Saturday meet and 7pm Friday for a Tuesday meet.
